Sunday Morning BuzzFeed

One of the fun sites we follow is BuzzFeed. The site crawls 50,000 web sites, blogs, and news sources and lists top buzz topics. They listed Tekla from the Silicon Valley Moms Blog when she commented on the Baby Einstein creater being honored by Bush. Here is a taste of some of the fun buzz I saw this morning that touched on our own Silicon Valley:
- Best Video Games Ever - Stanford University curator for the History of Science and Technology Collections (Henry Lowood) notion that video games were something with a history worth preserving and a culture worth studying has gone from absurd to worthy of consideration by the Library of Congress. Bad for kids because now playing video games will be considered a history lesson or good for the guilt of moms who depend the sedation factor of their kids playing video games. I say anything good enough for Stanford University is good enough for my kids!
- New Scent for Technosexuals aimed at the blogger generation. Is this a good hint to help bloggers that smell or a really bad attempt for perfume manufactures to jump on the blogger revolution. I say, try making a perfume blog instead of perfume for bloggers. Valleywag had a picture on their blog showing what the perfume commercials for bloggers would look like. Scary....
